Eric Pateman is a Canadian chef and restaurateur. He then worked as a Chef and Hospitality Consultant in North America, the UK, and Africa before founding Edible Canada. Edible Canada is an eight-year-old culinary tourism business headquartered on Granville Island in Vancouver, BC. Originally founded as Edible Vancouver in 2006, the company soon became known as Edible British Columbia upon moving to Granville Island, and was then eventually renamed Edible Canada in 2010. The business includes a bistro and retail store on Granville Island, as well as satellite stores in Tofino and Oliver, BC, and offers food-related tours and events in and around the Lower Mainland.
